Passenger Air Traffic
Ostrava Leos Janacek Airport is able to handle all types of aircraft, including the Boeing 747. Customs services and passport control are available 24 hours a day.
The airport has the capacity to handle 500 arriving and 500 departing passengers per hour.
The handling of passengers through the airport is carried out using the SITA DCS systém. If requested, we are able to host systems of other companies.
Load planning operations and load sheets are made either using SITA DCS or manually.

The aircraft refuelling service is provided by Shell ČR. At present, two vehicles are available for delivering JET A-1: a Steyer 18,000 l and a Renault 18,000 l. The airport provides a 24 hour operational capability.
